"Hip"-sters hail this "ultramodern", "high-energy" Streeterville "concept hotel", "opposite Navy Pier along the lake", where there's "always something happening" in the "trendy bars" (especially the rooftop nightclub); but some find that "small", "oddly furnished" rooms and "pretentious service" overshadow the pluses, including a "nice indoor swimming pool" and "fabulous" Bliss Spa.

Lobby was beautiful!
Had to request coffee maker and then had to request that it be fixed 2 different times. Some staff was very friendly and others were not at all.
Great, hip and trendy spot to go to with your spouse.

Window from bath to bedroom.
We got a great deal, however, found out when we got there that they were in the midst of a remodel with lots of noise. Worked out OK for us as we were out most of the day. Service was spotty.
